How long does it take for an item to ship?
We aim to have our products completed and posted within three weeks, however sometimes due to difficulties with fabric or during busy market periods, this may increase. We will advise you if the wait will be longer than three week as each item is handmade after the order is received.
Can I request custom orders?
Yes, there is a custom order request button in our shop, however if there is something more personal, or does not quite fit in, please send us a line through the "contact us" link and we will see if we are able to assist you.
How do I take care of my items?
All items are machine washable, however we recommend that you place items in a delicates bag on a gentle cycle so items do not get caught or tangled in with other washing.
Do you offer an exchange or refund?
No, once all items have been paid for and made, we do not offer an exchange or refund, so please choose carefully. If your order is faulty or damaged, the item can be returned in the unopened package and a full refund will be provided.
